My sister and I contacted Andi in July of 2023. My mom had been diagnosed with bulbar onset ALS in January, and we had reached a point of needing caregiving services for both my mom and my elderly father, as we live out of state. I will never forget her answering the phone when we called (we had expected to leave a message), and her pulling over to the side of the road to speak with us for 45 minutes about our situation. From the first conversation with Andi to the last 9 months of our relationship with her and all of the caregivers who have worked with our family, we have been overwhelmed with the level of loving care we have received. Andi and her staff expertly and comprehensively cared for my ailing mother 24/7 as ALS took her bodily functions from her, while also caring for the needs of my father. They managed peg-tube feedings, bathing and toileting needs around the clock, prepared meals for my father, kept their house in order, managed endless emergencies, doctor's visits, and hospital stays, and communicated with us daily. Andi's Angels are lifelines for my sister and I, providing a level of care that we know we would not have received in another environment. My mother passed away a year after her diagnosis, and Andi and her team have lovingly ministered to our hearts while continuing to care for my dad. We are endlessly thankful for the gift of Andi's ministry and cannot imagine what the last year would have looked like if Andi hadn't answered our call 9 months ago. She is an angel and a gift from the Lord to our family, and we couldn't love her more.

I found Andi's Angels from someone who lived in the same apartment building as my mom. I didn't realize there was an agency that could handle this for me and provide the consistency I was lacking with independent providers. The caregivers are reliable, punctual, compassionate, and professional. The only downside is that there is a minimum number of hours and my mom doesn't require that.
