Hello,
My name is Andi Taubman, and I am the founder and owner of Andi’s Angels Home Care. I am excited to introduce our agency to the Colorado Springs community and look forward to building relationships with the incredible healthcare professionals and senior care organizations serving this area.
The reason Andi’s Angels exists is deeply personal.
Many years ago, both of my parents became seriously ill. Like so many families, I searched for compassionate, experienced caregivers I could trust to care for the two people I loved most. What I found was heartbreaking. It was incredibly difficult to find the level of care my parents deserved. I ultimately hired caregivers and personally trained them to provide the kind of care I wanted for my own family. After both of my parents passed away, I made a promise to build the home care agency I wished had existed when we needed it most.
That promise became Andi’s Angels Home Care.
Since opening our doors in Richardson, Texas in 2021, we’ve had the privilege of serving families throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area with relationship-centered, personalized home care. Today, we’re honored to bring that same commitment to families here in Colorado Springs.
We know every community, hospital, physician, and senior care organization wants trusted partners who communicate well, respond quickly, and truly care about the people they refer. That’s exactly the kind of partnership we strive to provide.
Our caregivers are carefully selected and extensively trained, including specialized education in Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and ALS. Every caregiver receives training in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care®, allowing us to provide compassionate, person-centered dementia care while preserving dignity and independence.
At Andi’s Angels, we believe home care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Before we ever ask what services someone needs, we ask, “What’s keeping you up at night?” That simple question allows us to build care plans that address not only the client’s needs, but also the concerns of the entire family.
I’d love to invite you to learn more about our story by watching my short “Why I Started Andi’s Angels” video and visiting our website. Please be advised, our website is currently undergoing some updates and may not be fully completed by the time you receive this email.

Warmly,
Andi Taubman
Founder & Owner
Andi’s Angels Home Care
For me, caring for others has never been just a career. It is deeply personal.
My passion for senior care began while caring for my grandmother as she lived with advanced dementia. Watching someone I loved slowly change was heartbreaking, but it also taught me patience, compassion, and the incredible difference the right caregiver can make. That experience forever changed my perspective and is the reason dementia care holds such a special place in my heart today.
As Branch Manager and Client Success Coordinator for Andi’s Angels Home Care, I have the privilege of helping families navigate one of the most challenging seasons of their lives. I work closely with our clients, families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure every client receives compassionate, personalized care while every family feels supported, informed, and confident in the decisions they’re making.
My commitment to dementia care extends far beyond my daily responsibilities. I am a Teepa Snow Positive Approach to Care (PAC) Certified Dementia Educator, a Certified Dementia Live Coach, and a Dementia Friend. I am passionate about educating caregivers, families, and community members on how to better understand and communicate with those living with dementia. My goal is to help others see the person behind the diagnosis and create moments of connection, dignity, and joy.
Before joining Andi’s Angels, I earned my Associate of Applied Science degree and spent four years as a 911 dispatcher, where I learned to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and provide reassurance during life’s most difficult moments. I also completed EMT coursework, further strengthening my knowledge of emergency response and patient care. Those experiences continue to serve me well as I advocate for our clients and support our caregivers every day.
At Andi’s Angels, I believe exceptional care is built on trust, communication, and genuine relationships. Whether I am supporting a family through the care journey, mentoring caregivers, or building partnerships within our community, my focus is always the same. I want every family to know they are never alone, and that when they choose Andi’s Angels, they become part of our family.
Helping others live safely, independently, and with dignity is more than my profession. It is my purpose
Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding that caring for seniors is about much more than meeting their daily needs. It is about listening, showing patience, offering encouragement, preserving dignity, and making each person feel valued and cared for. My experiences have strengthened my compassion and taught me the importance of treating every client with kindness, respect, patience, and understanding.
With more than 12 years of experience in caregiving, I bring both hands-on experience and a heart for service to my role as Operations Manager. I am dedicated to supporting caregivers, strengthening care teams, and ensuring that every client receives safe, dependable, and compassionate care. I believe that quality care begins with genuinely caring about the people we serve and being willing to go the extra mile to help them and their families.
I am passionate about creating an environment where seniors feel respected, heard, comfortable, and valued—and where caregivers feel supported and appreciated. My greatest motivation is knowing that the work I do can make someone’s day a little easier, bring peace of mind to a family, and allow seniors to feel cared for with the dignity they deserve.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, being involved in my church, and making meaningful memories with the people I love. I also enjoy watching football, staying connected to my community, and finding opportunities to serve and encourage others.
At heart, I am someone who loves to serve others, both personally and professionally. I find purpose in helping, encouraging, and caring for others, and I strive to make a positive difference wherever I can.
As the main scheduler, one of my greatest priorities is making sure each client is paired with a caregiver who is not only qualified, but also truly compatible with their personality, preferences, and individual needs. I believe that great care goes beyond completing tasks, it’s about building trust, creating meaningful connections, and helping each person feel safe, respected, and valued in their own home.
I approach every family I work with, with empathy, patience, and an open heart. I understand that welcoming someone into your home to provide care is a deeply personal decision, and I never take that trust for granted. My goal is to help create a home care experience where every client feels heard, supported, and treated with the same dignity and compassion I would want for my own loved ones.
I’m committed to continuing to learn, grow, and serve the families in our community. For me, this work is more than scheduling caregivers, it’s about helping make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, one family at a time.
Over the years, I’ve also worked alongside physicians’ offices, including helping one physician launch a new caregiving-focused service. By combining my caregiving background with my passion for marketing and relationship-building, I was able to help introduce his services into a local retirement community and build strong referral relationships that helped grow his client base. Seeing those connections turn into better care for seniors was incredibly rewarding.
I joined Andi’s Angels Home Care more than five years ago as a caregiver, and it quickly became clear that this was more than just a job—it was home. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to serve as a Care Manager, working closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure every individual receives the personalized care and attention they deserve.
Today, I’m excited to be transitioning into my role as Marketing Specialist and Client Care Coordinator. While I’ll always have a caregiver’s heart, my focus is now on building meaningful relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and other referral partners throughout our community. I love connecting with people, educating families about the services we provide, and helping ensure more seniors receive the compassionate care that sets Andi’s Angels apart.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family. I’m a proud mother and an even prouder grandmother. One of my greatest joys is watching my children become wonderful parents and being an active part of my grandchildren’s lives. Family means everything to me, and that same belief carries over into the way I care for our clients. At Andi’s Angels, we don’t just provide care—we welcome you into our family.
